That’s why our rates are intentionally structured to be more affordable than those offered by big-box gyms, with individual sessions starting as low as $40 per hour for non-package services.

As a flexible, freelance fitness brand, we retain 100% of our revenue after taxes, avoiding the heavy overhead costs associated with traditional gym facilities. This advantage enables us to pass those savings directly to our clients, ensuring competitive pricing without compromising on quality or personal attention. Our head coach brings an impressive depth of expertise, holding certifications and skills across Personal Training, Physique Sculpting, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Mobility and Corrective Exercise, Nutrition, and more. Each session is carefully crafted to support your specific goals, maximizing every step of your fitness journey.

Kevin Drewett

Kevin is a 34-year-old bodybuilder and broken spine recovery patient. After a severe accident in 2022, he went from being wheelchair-bound to achieving the best shape of his life. He studied under Mr. Universe 2012, Petar Klancir, and brings a wealth of knowledge and personal experience to his coaching.

My goals have always been to be skinny fit. Nice slender frame, not a lot of muscle. Kevin sat and listened to me, and helped me with that vision. His first few weeks were strength focuses but after that, the next 4.5 months.we all about endurance and toning. I can confidently say that this have been so much fun. I learned about Kevin's training through a mutual friend and seeing the work he did on”Spunky” (for privacy reasons), I just had to give it a go. I have been doing pullups, push ups, and yoga for a while, but when Kevin got a hold of me: So many weaknesses were found. Poor balance in squats, poor form, low control! I was a mess. However, the first 12 weeks we worked out in a local park with some great gear he owns and can travel with for house calls, and then we transitioned to the gym. I asked for a lumberjack build, and he has been running me ragged on workouts. My shoulders are still playing catch-up, but they are so much stronger now. I feel stronger and healthier than ever before.
